📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage general ledger maintenance, including chart of accounts, journal entries, and financial reports.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Maintain and update our stock control system, including inventory levels, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in our financial records and inventory.
• Provide regular financial reports and updates to management, and assist in the preparation of budget forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting practices and technologies, and recommend improvements to our financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and stock control, preferably in a luxury goods or retail industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle, and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
