🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and Sharia compliance.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market reach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
