📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Support sales activities and contribute to sales targets
• Assist in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in credit assessment processes and contribute to risk management
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
• Support administrative tasks and maintain organizational records
• Learn and apply industry best practices and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
