This is a full-time contract position based in Tebet, Jakarta Raya, offering a competitive salary of IDR 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 per month.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will oversee the daily operations of the social media team, ensuring that all campaigns are executed flawlessly and that team members are supported and motivated. • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing social media team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the creation and execution of engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media initiatives with broader marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Report on social media performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for engagement and growth.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
