📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using IKEA's Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist customers with their purchases, including product information, pricing, and payment options.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers by providing friendly and professional service.
• Handle cash and card payments, and manage the cash drawer to ensure accurate records.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking products and ensuring the store is well-organized.
• Follow IKEA's policies and procedures, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
