📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Verify and process vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Manage the payment process from invoice verification to payment execution
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments to vendors
- Use SAP and Excel to ensure accuracy and efficiency in payment processing
- Monitor and report on payment processing activities
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and issues
- Ensure all payments are made in accordance with company policies and regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using SAP and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards is a plus
