Accounting Controller - Financial Management & Compliance

In this role, you will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial control systems, monitoring budget performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, you will provide strategic financial advice to support the company's overall business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial control systems to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic financial advice to support the company's business objectives.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to the finance team to ensure a high level of financial expertise and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting control and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in CPA or CFA is a plus.
