📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of training programs and workshops.,Support the development and delivery of learning materials and resources.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and requirements.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Maintain and update training records and databases.,Assist in the organization of learning events and activities.,Support the implementation of e-learning solutions and platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or HR role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
