Assistant Restaurant Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
• Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.
• Oversee the quality of food and service, and address any customer complaints promptly.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Supervise the kitchen and dining areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory control and budgeting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
