Bright Camp Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Section Head to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Section Head in managing and leading a team of employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or a related field, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Section Head in managing and coordinating team activities and projects.,Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to HR activities.,Support the Section Head in attending meetings and representing the company at events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and HR data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
