📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth running and high customer satisfaction.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product quality and availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
