This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Oversee sales activities, including promotions, discounts, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Train and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is preferred.
