📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including setting up menus, decor, and guest lists.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet customers, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages during banquet events.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area, ensuring it is ready for each event.,Handle banquet bookings and reservations, and communicate with customers about event details.,Assist in the preparation and service of special dietary needs or accommodations.,Monitor banquet inventory and place orders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in banquet services, event planning, or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Knowledge of local customs and traditions is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
