📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.,Monitor and maintain all navigation and safety equipment.,Plan and execute voyage schedules and routes.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.,Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of voyage and crew activities.,Communicate effectively with the shore-based team and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in maritime operations.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM Certificate) or equivalent.,Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with navigation software and equipment.,First Aid and Advanced Fire Fighting certification.
