📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing brand marketing strategies.,Create and manage social media content to promote our brand.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Organize and participate in brand events and promotions.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.,Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve brand strategies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on brand representation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
