📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth flow of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Experience with inventory control and stock management is a plus.
