📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the finance team in preparing and maintaining financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform data analysis and provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and automation to streamline financial operations.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including maintaining financial records and assisting with payroll processing.
• Work closely with the finance manager and other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a dynamic and international environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
