📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and assist in the hiring process.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientations and provide onboarding support.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
