📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of potential customers in the Medan area.
  • Promote and sell Pacific Power's products and services through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and online platforms.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote Pacific Power's brand.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Passion for renewable energy and commitment to Pacific Power's mission.
