PT Cendana Boga is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations, ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods. This is a hybrid position, combining on-site and remote work, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize costs and reduce downtime.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide training and support to drivers and other team members as needed.,Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
