🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
