In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving their targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection.,Source and screen potential candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in achieving their monthly and quarterly targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
