📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials and resources,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs,Coordinate with managers to understand training needs,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules,Provide support to senior training officers as needed,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to analyze data and provide insights,Proficiency in Indonesian and English
