PT Dinamika Hasta is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Barista/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our coffee shop operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers,Manage the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop,Train and mentor junior staff members,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
