Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare staff, providing feedback and support as needed.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.,Ensure the availability and proper use of medical supplies, equipment, and resources.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, sharing knowledge and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or in a similar healthcare leadership role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant healthcare field.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
