📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by identifying potential customers and qualifying leads.,Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and prospects.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and sales management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
