Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports and feedback to the management team.Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with other departments.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales processes and techniques.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.Understanding of the technology and IT services industry is a plus.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
