Cafe Vera Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the store's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist in stock management, including inventory tracking and ordering.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high service standards.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Promote sales and special offers to enhance customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Coordinate with the management team to address any operational challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.,Good knowledge of basic retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to use POS systems and other retail software effectively.,Familiarity with electronic products and their features is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management or customer service is a plus.
