Gate Leaf Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet organizational goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
