📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Assessing and documenting patient conditions and progress.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensuring patient safety and adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.
  • Assisting with the management of the nursing unit, including inventory control and staff scheduling.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized nursing unit.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
