Cafe Joko Kebab is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. As an Operations Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cafe. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management and ordering.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.,Assist in training new staff members.,Monitor and report on sales and operational performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
