📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance of production equipment, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, working closely with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, and implement safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
• Document all operations and maintenance activities, including equipment performance data and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and quality.
• Train and mentor junior staff on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beverage or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in process control systems, such as SCADA or PLC programming, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and risk assessment procedures.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software, such as SAP, or similar process control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
