As a Part-Time Senior Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in the year-end closing process, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Your daily tasks will include reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with audit preparations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting financial reconciliations and preparing monthly financial statements
- Assisting in the year-end closing process, including journal entries and closing entries
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data
- Assisting in the preparation of tax filings and financial disclosures
- Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
- Experience with year-end closing and audit processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities
