📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage performance-based advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with advertising policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance-based advertising, preferably in digital marketing.
• Proficient in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools is a plus.
