📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and insurance requirements.
• Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with service providers.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and expenses.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
