📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention.,Manage and oversee the delivery of projects and services to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.,Conduct regular client meetings and visits to ensure their needs are being met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote environment.,Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to travel domestically as needed.
