📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and food preparation.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
