📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct in-store sales and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.,Stock and manage inventory to ensure product availability.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Promote and upsell products to increase customer satisfaction and sales.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
