Centratama Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our SITAC Legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling site acquisition and lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review site acquisition and lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.,Conduct due diligence on potential sites and tenants, including legal, environmental, and financial aspects.,Draft and negotiate legal documents, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurately represented.,Provide legal advice and support to the business on complex legal matters related to site acquisition and leasing.,Monitor and manage lease renewals and terminations, ensuring all legal obligations are met.,Stay up-to-date with developments in Indonesian property law and regulatory changes.,Represent Centratama Group in legal proceedings and negotiations as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in property law or corporate law.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property law and regulatory requirements.,Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with legal software and tools is a plus.
