Vertiv is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Collections Analyst to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate collections while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and recover outstanding accounts receivable, including but not limited to invoices, credit notes, and overdue payments.,Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities and communications.,Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze collections performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on collections activities and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to collections.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments and resolve any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, with a strong background in managing and recovering outstanding accounts receivable.,Proven track record of achieving collections targets and improving recovery rates.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including but not limited to invoicing, credit notes, and financial reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze collections performance metrics.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
