Code Star Unggul is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Head Chef to join our team. As the Senior Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily culinary operations and ensure high-quality food preparation.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to improve restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.
