📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Medicine department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement strategic plans to improve departmental performance and patient outcomes.,Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource utilization and enhance service delivery.,Represent the hospital at industry events and conferences, promoting our commitment to healthcare excellence.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Experience in strategic planning and performance improvement.,Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
