Manage medication schedules and ensure accurate dispensing of medications,Provide patient education on medication use and potential side effects,Monitor and report any adverse drug reactions or medication errors,Collaborate with the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication histories,Assist in the organization and inventory management of medications,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends and best practices,Promote a safe and welcoming environment for patients and colleagues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using pharmaceutical software and technology,Familiarity with inventory management and medication safety protocols,Valid pharmacist license and certification (if required by local regulations)
