📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sports programs and initiatives to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles in the community.,Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of sports events and tournaments, ensuring they are well-managed and successful.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local sports clubs, organizations, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual growth.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of sports programs and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.,Represent the authority at local, regional, and national sports events, advocating for the interests of sports and recreation in the area.,Collaborate with government agencies, private sector partners, and community leaders to create a vibrant and inclusive sports ecosystem.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the sports and recreation industry.,Promote the values and principles of the authority, including integrity, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports administration, event management, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sports programs and events.,Strong knowledge of sports regulations, rules, and safety standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within the Bangka Belitung Islands.
