🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a strategic role.,Strong understanding of HR transformation and its impact on organizational culture.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.,Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.
