📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
