📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about automotive products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to address customer needs.
• Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Assist in organizing and participating in customer events and promotions.
• Provide feedback to the sales and service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
