📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our luxury villas.
• Use professional cleaning tools and equipment, including steam cleaners, vacuums, and mops, to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Follow strict cleaning protocols and procedures to guarantee that all areas are spotless and ready for our guests' arrival.
• Handle linens, towels, and bedding, ensuring they are properly laundered, folded, and stored according to our standards.
• Inspect and maintain all rooms and common areas, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks, ensuring that all areas are covered efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with professional cleaning tools and equipment, including steam cleaners, vacuums, and mops.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following strict cleaning protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest and staff inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and the ability to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to our standards.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
