📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores in the Pekanbaru region.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach store managers and sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address issues, and provide guidance and support.
• Collaborate with the national office to ensure that store operations align with company-wide goals and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the national office on store performance and operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
