📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely clearance of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of import-export transactions using systems like SAP or similar ERP software.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Assist in the resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise during the import-export process.
• Provide support to the trade team in managing and optimizing international trade operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of trade processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import-export operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
